The Hayley Cherie Adjustable 4-tier Cupcake Stand is so pretty and polished in person, the pictures absolutely do not do it justice. I will start by telling you about assembly because it comes in 11 pieces each wrapped individually in plastic wrap. If you know anything about acrylic you know that this is a wonderful thing to do. Acrylic is very delicate and easily shows scratches that can occur during the shipping process, in fact taking care of it is really an art and I will talk about that a little further down.
Before you start unwrapping the pieces I recommend laying down a table cloth or other none abrasive fabric, no terry cloth towels. Once you unpack the compact box and unwrap all of your pieces you need to decide how many tiers you plan to use, this is the adjustable part, because this wonderful stand can be used with 2,3, or 4 tiers. To assemble start by placing the small clear rubber stickers to the end (without screw holes) of each of the 4 short pillars. Second you will screw the feet (shortest pillars) on to the bottom tier using the screws with the Phillips heads. Next you will flip the bottom tier over so that the feet are on top and insert another Phillips head screw up through the bottom to attach the center pillar. Once that piece is screwed in you will take the double ended screws and attach the next two tiers and pillars. The smallest tier is attached with a Phillips head screw. If you choose to use only 2 or 3 tiers you will use the Phillips head screw to attach your preferred top tier. 
If you assemble the entire 4 tiers the cupcake stand will sit 14" tall with 4" of space between the tiers, perfect for full size cupcakes. The pillars measure, from largest to smallest, 12", 10", 8", and 6".Caring for acrylic can be a little tricky but once you know what you are doing it is easy.
