Forever 21 has great prices for essential jewelry pieces to fill your wardrobe.  You will want to be careful about buying items that you will need for an essential part of your daily wear because they don't tend to last very long if you wear and wash them frequently.  Otherwise they are wonderful.  I have bought many many great fashion accessories and foundation items.

The jewelry is very cute but DON'T GET IT WET.
